You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and API credentials.

eSIMTrade provides access to digital eSIM packages supplied through third-party mobile network providers. Package availability, supported networks, speeds, coverage, and activation conditions may vary by destination and provider. Live catalog information shown at the time of purchase applies to that order.

Reseller pricing is shown in your account and may change as provider rates change. Orders are charged against available prepaid wallet funds. You authorise us and our payment providers to process wallet top-ups, applicable taxes, and other authorised charges.

eSIMs are digital products delivered through the portal or API. You must verify destination, device compatibility, package details, and customer information before ordering. Refund eligibility depends on provider status, whether an eSIM has been installed or used, and the circumstances of the request.

You may not misuse the platform, bypass access controls, interfere with service operation, submit fraudulent orders, infringe third-party rights, resell services unlawfully, or use eSIM connectivity for prohibited activity. We may restrict access where needed to protect users, providers, and the platform.

We work to provide a reliable service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or mobile coverage in every location. To the extent permitted by law, eSIMTrade is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may update the platform or these terms to reflect operational, provider, legal, or security changes. Material updates will be communicated where appropriate. You may stop using the service at any time, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
